- Shipping within Australia is free! Yay! Everywhere else in the world it's advised prior to order actually leaving us. Cause, you know, we are so far away from everywhere down here. Where's a lear jet when you need one eh?

- Shoot an email to hello@tighttigers.com. We will fire whoever was responsible for your order. OK, not really, but we will get on to it straight away and let you know what's up.
- MY ORDER IS JUST DOWNRIGHT WRONG!
- Shoot an email to hello@tighttigers.com. We will reply lightening fast. Where goods are faulty or incorrect we will reimburse your return shipping cost.
- CAN SWIMWEAR & UNDERWEAR BE RETURNED?
- Hell to the no. That is just skanky. Also illegal. In all seriousness we can't due to hygiene reasons. So please select carefully when choosing these 'sexytime' pieces. If your order is wrong or an item is faulty contact us immediately.

- Shoot an email to hello@tighttigers.com. If you don't like your purchase or it doesn't fit, just send it back to us within 7 days. We'll ship you a different style, size or colour, or process a refund within 48 hours of receiving your return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
- By all means if you are not happy send the TT box back. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods to:
